The complex will be built for the housing association Woongoed Flakkee in Middelharnis. The main tenant will be CuraMare. They will make use of 58 care homes, 7 group homes, 10 places for day care and 12 places for temporary intake and additional office spaces, care taking infrastructure and facilty areas. In the center of the complex is a restaurant for residents and visitors.

The Gemiva-SVG Group (support for people with a disability) will rent 14 care homes for people with a mental disability and/or not congenital disability. For both groups there will be functional areas for people to meet. Careyn (Home Care) will rent office area for district nursing and a loan post for medical devices. The Center for Youth and Family will take care of the public welfare center for care for the elderly and child care. Finally there will also be a modern equipped fysiotherapy area (Fysio Koese) with practice room and several rooms for treatment.
