56 APARTMENTS
new development in Brielle
design
The required program consist of high-quality starter houses of two- or three-bedrooms. Each apartment has an outdoor area, a spacious bicycle storage and parking opportunities.
Resulting from the analysis, there is a clear desire to use the morphology of robust elements which occupy uncompromising their own space in each plot separately. A study on the use of these separate elements is necessary to create a balanced and consistence area. From a morphologically point of view, the preference is to use one or two independent elements which will support the location by their powerful and recognizable shape.
